Located in Moscow, a vast and fast-paced megalopolis with boundless cultural and recreational opportunities, the University itself is a city within a city. It has grown into a unique world of knowledge, research and creation, not only because of its site at one of the capital’s parkland reservations.
The University is situated partly within the historic estate of Kuskovo, the former 18th century manor of Count Sheremetyev, now an outdoor architectural museum.
Less than a thirty-minute bus or metro ride fr om the centre of the city, the University campus consists of thirty educational and administrative buildings spread over more than 50 hectares, including nine college blocks, three dormitories, a sport complex with a swimming pool and gym rooms, a stadium, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, and a shooting gallery.
Moscow University for the Humanities is a fully modern campus, a place wh ere students and professors alike find it pleasant to study, relax, and socialize.
